For trade orders not placed with a credit card through woodwayproducts.com, freight charges and timelines are applied as per established account terms, see the Terms & Conditions page on your applicable pricelist for details. Accurate and final shipping charges will be shown on the invoice for your order. Shipping charges for fulfillment orders are generally billed directly to a dealer's shipping account.

All goods ship FOB LWO Corp., Portland, Oregon. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Woodway generally ships to the contiguous U.S. via UPS or FedEx ground; shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is generally via USPS. Tracking or delivery confirmation will be emailed after the product has shipped.
Expedited shipping may be requested for an additional charge at time of checkout. Keep in mind that expedited shipping remains subject to stated order processing times (for example; an order placed on Monday will generally be ready to ship Tuesday, and, if overnight shipping is requested, would usually arrive on Wednesday).
Payment for orders placed using the "Shop Online" feature are considered prepayment with credit card. Authorization will be made immediately and your card will usually be billed within 24 hours from the time order is placed.
Orders placed online with a credit card Monday through Thursday generally ship within 24 hours, when not encompassing an observed holiday as listed below.
Online Orders placed Friday through Sunday generally ship Monday, or Tuesday if Monday is an observed holiday. Monday shipping also applies if a holiday falls on a Thursday or Friday.
Observed holidays on which no shipping takes place are:

New Year's Day holidays
In cases where the holiday falls on a Saturday, no shipping occurs on the preceeding Friday. In cases where the holiday occurs on Sunday, no shipping occurs on the following Monday.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item(s) must be in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Upon return, we will inspect the item(s) and if your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment), or exchange the item(s). You will receive the credit within a reasonable amount of time, depending on your card issuer's policies. In the event of an unapproved return, you will be contacted to discuss a resolution.
